Dear Bludart, This is very surprising for me that your (Noida Sector 63) branch not responding over phone and nor delivery person pickep the phone. in title i had mention my consignment no which was suppose to be deliverd on 29th Dec-16 at my office which address is mention in location tab. but i was out location so i asked your delivery person that i shall be avaliable on 31st and i will call you once i reached thier. since morning i am trying to call on this no 7290032448 of that person but he is rejecting the call every time and your branch phone no. 4302500-20 also not responding. i am not expecting such respone from reputed company. pl deliver my consignment tomorrow if possible at my office address as i will be available from 8 AM to 10 PM or deliver to my home address D-170 sector 51, near shikala appartment Noida. as i will be in night shift form 2nd Jan-17 (monday) onwords. I was regularly tracking the packet and waiting the delivery agent contact no. As I expected that I got the deliveryman contact no when the packet will be out for delivery. But neither I got the deliveryman contact number nor Agent didn't call and when I checked at 8 pm the tracking shows "CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE". I am also working in customer service. Neither there phone numbers are valid nor they are picking up the phone
There was a product been delivered on 10 th July but now it's 15 July there's been no response from there side ...they are just keep on saying addresses wrong ...what the hell it is ...if you don't wanna give service to the customer please shut down ..
Did not received the package but showing delivered
Tracking showing the package delivered on 7/May but until Today I did not received the package. I asked security gate also and they say did not received any package from blue dart on this date. Normally when a package is delivered thru BD, I’ll get a message that the package is delivered or even if they leave it at security gate. But this time no update, no message. Very pathetic fraud service!!
