Prohibited area -entry restricted display for reason of non delivery

I am not getting my parcel and try to call on customer care , It is always buzy but some how able to connect one day and she assure that it will be delivered by tomorrow but that tomorrow never came. Message pop that Prohibited area -entry restricted, where as there is no restriction in my society and not in any prohibited area . I am waiting for courier since more than 10 days ..

What's is the use of express service when you can't deliver on time, when checked you website its hoping from one location to another in fact same location twice. It was supposed to be delivered on 16 and I'm still waiting. Your contact number is not reachable and you are not replying on email
