The TVS Star City Plus was first introduced at the Delhi Auto Expo 2014. It is an updated version of TVS StaR City with some new features. The model is available with two options, with an electric starter and with a kick starter. Moreover, the bike got some cosmetic changes also.

The Honda Dream Neo receives power from 110cc Air Cooled, 4 Stroke, SI HET Engine that delivers 8.25 bhp @ 7,500 rpm and 8.63 Nm of torque @ 5,500 rpm mated to a four-speed gearbox. It has drum brakes at the both ends.
