The Huawei owned brand Honor recently launched a fitness electronic band called Honor Band 5i in its home country China and will be available in other countries like India maybe a month later. The Honor Band 5 is already available in India at a price of Rs.2599/- which is slightly more than the price of Mi Band 4 which costs Rs.2300/-. The Honor band 5i will be a cheaper version of the former one. The Honor Band 5i could land in India with a price tag of Rs.1800/- or Rs.1900/-.

The Honor Band 5i comes with a convenience feature like a USB plug-in charge unlike Mi band 4 which needs to be kept on a charging mount as it does not have any micro USB port.
The Honor Band 5i has a capacitive button at the front below the display for navigation. Moreover, the display of the Honor Band 5i is a color display like Band 5 but of TFT kind instead of AMOLED.
The Honor Band 5i is exclaimed to be waterproof up to the pressure of 5 ATM and comes with many sensors for sensing various parameters and assesses the health and fitness of the user and also helps in monitoring things like heart-rate, sleeping hours and other similar things.

The Honor Band 5i comes with a 0.96 inch TFT display at the front and below it a capacitive button for easy navigation with finger swipes.
The Band 5i gets its energy from a 91mAh battery which on the full charge may last for 9 days. The charging time of the same battery is 1 hour and 30 minutes which is quite less and reasonable for a 9 days back-up.
The Honor Band 5i accommodates a 3-axis inertial sensor, a heart rate sensor, and an infrared light sensor that detects the condition of the band whether worn or not.
For wireless connectivity with the smartphone, the Honor Band 5i has Bluetooth v4.2 hardware inside it.
The Honor Band 5i is compatible with android version 4.4 and Higher or iOS v9.0 and above.
