   COMPLAINT AGAINST SERVICE GIVEN BY YOUR WORKSHOP

   Inviting your kind attention regarding the subject I am to request that I had purchased school bus on 03/07/2015 and the bus is having problem in brakes. I reported this to your workshop and the workshop in-charge advised for repairing and I did as per his advice. After repairing the in-charge told now every thing is perfectly okay. How ever the bus (chassis no. MB1PG34K3FRC96879, Bus No.- BR04Q 5082) is facing the same problem and all four brake drums are getting warmed and burning smell is coming out though I paid a mount of Rupees 34,999.00 which all gone in vain. This repairing was done in the month of June, 2018 during summer vacation and now the school is running and it is difficult to send the bus to workshop every now and then and pay a huge amount of money that is why I am lodging this complaint against the service provided by the workshop for not doing work properly and torturing the customer.
