Very very bad servic provided by dealer.

I am Pratik Bansode owning sumsung brand Note 3, and I want to upgrade my phone with new sumsung A9 pro , so I thought where shall I purchase my new phone from . I stay in Chembur and I know reliance is a great brand , so by not going to vijay sales next to reliance digital showroom in Chembur I went for reliance digital. I met the sales executive she was female, I asked her that I want to exchange my sumsung note 3, so I spoke to other guy for my old mobile price , so he gave me the price, the I said I will get it sold outside, then I asked I want to do loan on the product, so we went to finance their I showed my document to capital first finance they processed my loan on 15 November 2016 , and said loan process is showing pending in System maybe tomorrow we will get approval wait till tomorrow, so I went home. On 16 November 2016 I got phone call from capital first regarding verification that will be done at my home, this thing was not told by dealer finance , but still after verification was done that guy who did verification told me by tomorrow you can go to reliance digital your loan will be approved, so on 16 November 2016 I visited showroom by evening because nobody has called me to till the status of the loan . So I asked capital first bank lady who was their for loan department that still my loan status is showing pending. Then on 17 November 2016 afternoon I call capital first guy who visited my home that what is the status of my loan he told it is done you can go to showroom and collect your new phone. So I called reliance digital showroom from my office which is in turbhe the they kept me long waiting on phone the one guy said I will speak to my senior and let you know by 15 min he took my phone number , but till evening on phone came I again called up , they told finance is busy with customer call later, then again I call after 2 hrs the guy told me that finance person is gone for washroom call later, I asked him kindly let me know the status of my loan he kept me waiting on phone for 7min again and said it is not approved till now. Not a single call came from the showroom to till me the status they don't have curtesy to tell. For them customer will come again and again for his work to be done. I am also from sales but I know that customer should be kept informed at every time and answer all the queries, but I didn't accept this to be done by such big reliance industries that they should teach some knowledge and discipline to sale guys how to deal customer nicely not to take customer for granted the what he will do. So this made my experience with reliance digital showroom at Chembur very very bad.
