   Frustrating experience dealing with floor staff as well as unresponsive customer service. I purchased a printer on Fri Nov 13, and still havent received delivery against the promised date of Nov 16. Was told Nov 16 during purchase, and mentioned Nov 18 as the worst case scenario.

   I booked one LG washing machine/drier mobile no 9909035512 from your Prabhadevi store on 17.01.2021. Sales boy santosh kr & sunita kalel handheld the booking. Promised delivery on 24.01.2021. But no delivery nor any update till now today ie 24.01.2021. I had to file two complaints still no reply. Will anybody respond ?

   Complaint unattended since 27th October 2022 - 14 days

   Invoice Number: SLA021010128595 Invoice Date: 08/08/2022 Product Code: 219095 Product Name: Croma CRED 32 TV Warranty: 3 years I made a complaint on 27/10/2022 The case was closed without any resolution. Everytime I call customer care I get no response, just a note saying we are sorry you will get a call back. There has been no call back. How are my cases getting closed. Everytime I call you say my case is complete. On your website it shows complete. I have not given any authority or OTP to close these cases, yet they get closed and a new complaint number is generated every time I call to check. This is some scam being run by Croma as your technician claims you close cases automatically after 24 hours even if the product is not repaired. You claim there are no parts so you close the case, if this is the scam, I will file an FIR against croma and put all my complaints on social media because it cannot take 14 days to repair my TV. You refuse to even put me on to a senior customer care executive you just cut the call and close the case. I have a record of every complaint, and you cannot prove I gave the OTP to close it. If I do not get a written response to this I will file a case in consumer court and an FIR. Here are my complaints which are unattended to: 27-Oct-2022 SR ID :MUM271022FS02153 31-Oct-2022 SR ID :MUM311022FS02732 04-Nov-2022 SR ID :MUM041122FS00444 09-Nov-2022 SR ID :MUM091122FS00214 Who has closed all the above cases? I want an answer to that. This is a clear case of cheating. Your technician (Irfan 9702398551) claims there are no parts so the case is being closed. If there are no parts, as per my warranty, my TV is to be replaced if you cannot repair it in 72 hours. It is now 14 days
