This to rate POOR for the Sanchi Infotel guys who never provide useful information and always blow their own prumphet to sale devices of Airtel and earn commission out of them. I have visited yesterday for new Sim allotment since previous one was stolen. They have unbarred the services of previous stolen Sim and it could have been misused. New Sim is still not activated after 18 hrs. Airtel customer care says there is no such request placed and have to visit Airtel Outlet again. Pissed off from this procedure.
