I would like to share the following experience with you regarding The Computer Store Shillong: On 23-01-2016 I visited the Store for replacement of an under warranty product.The Store Manager ( a spoiled brat) initially refused to accept the replacement saying that he requires the original packing ( box) but when confronted with logic very reluctantly asked his staff to do the needful.When I asked him about the likely date of replacement his reply was he has no idea and I should ask the service staff.His rude, impolite and offensive behavior was so obvious that even a fellow customer could not help pointing out to him that he has no business talking to a customer like that. On 12-02-2016 I inquired over phone from the Store about the replacement but the service staff had no answer except that they have not received the replacement. I asked for the Store Manager who instead of resolving my problem said"He is not responsible for replacement". "He has no idea how much more time it will take". " He does not care who I am or what I paid". " There are many customers like me who come and go every day". " What can I do to him without any evidence"? "He didn't give a damn who I report this to". When I reminded him that he should be careful with his language, he said he doesn't give a damn. After arguments back and forth, he banged the phone without offering any solution. As a customer I felt humiliated and hurt by the language, tenor and tone of the Store Manager.The brazen misbehavior coupled with discourteous and rude behavior of Store Manager is not expected of a Dell Dealer and therefore must be taken note of and reviewed by the Company.How can a Company which prides itself on selling top - of- the line products and service allow such an ill-mannered, brazen, brash, offensive and discourteous person to function in a Store? What experience are other customers having in this Store? i didn't hear any "Thank You"or "Please" or"Greeting" but plain bad manners and language. Please do take a call on this as after this bad experience I will never buy nor will I recommend anyone to buy from The Computer Store Shillong.
