I've booked my cylinder last Saturday.the cylinder has not received.pls manage. poor service experience
Complaint : Hawker behaviour was very bad, Delivery is also very bad.
Very Very poor service. I booked my cylinder on 01-07-2022 after one day I received sms for invoice generate of Rs.1021 and 4th of July I received delivery message but Delivery was not performed. When I call to office employee he said me gas will be delivered today. But they not delivered. Again I visit office on Wednesday on 13-7-2022. He delivered gas by a hawker name 'sonu'. The hawker demand me Rs. 1071 for gas cylinder but My invoice amount was Rs. 1021 when I refuse to pay extra amount he talked me abusive language and he threatened me. "Usme mujhse kaha m dikhaunga tumhe 2 number ka kaam kaise krte hai" I want to request to authorise person please take immediate action such kind of person. Thank you
