Dear Sir / Team, TCI Courier ---- 815124144 Delivery Dtd. 22.12.2024 I immediately tried to call your customer care multiple times regarding the late delivery, but unfortunately, I did not get any response from their end. Even though your company has stated that you will help the customers 24×7, unfortunately, I was unable to receive any kind of help from your company. I am very sorry that your company failed to meet my expectations and I am really unhappy with your customer care service. I trusted in your service through some of your good customer reviews. But I am disappointed with your service. I was promised on-time delivery for the courier and for that I had also paid the extra charges. This irresponsibility can easily end up in losing some valuable customers. I am attaching the payment receipt and details of my order with this complaint letter.
