Worst service. We sent courier on 22nd and it reached the destination, that is, Ghaziabad on 23rd itself and till date(25th May, 2017) it has not been delivered. At the time of booking they promise to deliver the consignment in 1 day but it's all fake, they are too lazy to deliver it. Tried ample number of numbers from internet and all are fake or nobody is responding. Worst service. Never book a courier using first flight

Sir i send a courier on 20 Nov 2017 still that is no received on destination ghaziyabad. any customer support no is not responding and the courier have very important documents i send these document from first flight because i trust on first flight but your bad service break my trust and because of u i suffer from loss

My courier dispatched 9 November and today is 22 November but still I have not received my courier also no body picking call from any customer care number and area hub center very worst service please don't go ever with first flight courier service.

Worst delivery making fool of people my pan card is delayed by 8 days and expected date was shown 22 Jan 2019 customer care number going busy employee response is not good

My shipment is M991Q6554861, status shown out for delivery on a 5-2-2019 from Ghaziabad hub. But till date my shipment is not delivered and status has also not updated on site tracking. there is nothing to do for customer, because in first flight courier all people is broker, you can't communicate with them because on first flight all contact number on is fake and all people are illiterate, I have send many times mail but I don't have gating single reply from their side neither they haven't attended any phone calls. This is the worst courier service of all over world.
