HELLO, I'm Kunal Sen, I ordered an item through Flipkart.com (Order no:OD106129334560386000) ,Ecomexpess air waybill no-777139106,ORDER NO:- Q-15240568577713910 and this item already has been reached at nearest hub-purulia and out for delivery but I haven't received yet. your delivery boy did not make any call to my given mobile no-9800333760 during taking attempt to delivery,although they have taken delivery attempts 2 to 3 times since 4th-june-2016. I got a sms yesterday from your site that to keep ready my reverse pick up order ready as it will be lifted today. Full day i was waiting at my flat but nobody came to lift the packate. Neither i got any call from any person. Surprisingly , at the evening i got another sms that that ist attempt of ilfting the packate was failed. I am not able to understand how it was failed if nobody came at the address to lift the parcel.

What a fake courier service is this???? My order from India Rush was supposed to arrive yesterday. I waited the whole day at home and in the evening I received a msg saying "Courier could not be delivered at first attempt". !! What a shame!! Such false allegation. I wonder why companies are using such courier services? Moreover, the courier fellow should call before arrival. No such calls came and now when I am constantly calling them at different times during their working hours nobody is picking up the phone, a false voice msg is continuously reporting that all customer care personnel are busy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vulgar and pathetic courier service till date
The most pathetic courier service I have come across my 3 years of online shopping. My delivery of metro sandal from Amazon was ordered on the 24th September and till date every day, I receive the message that it was being unable to get delivered. I did not receive any call or message from the delivery boy's end.

shipment no 858977198 1st attempt on 12.10.17 & call my no. undelivered due to no man at home. i replied and request him it will received on 15.10.17 2nd half. due to i am not available. frequently i am not available due to job. on 14.10.17 call me and ask return it. i am request again. but they denied. my home to Ecom office distance 1/2 km. this type of attitude not expected. if possible resend again & ask them at least follow customer problem. thanks. wait your reaction.
