Booking amount RS 20000/-not refunded
Dear Sir , With reference to above subject I would like to inform you that I had booked Qunto at your dealer unnite motors Nagpur through cheque no 708295 icici bank ltd dated 29 june 2013 amounted rs20000/- but I had not taken delivery of that vehicle and approach your dealer for refund every time but they refuse give my booking amount by saying verbally. Last month when we had given written application for refund they asked for documents copy of pan card copy of adhar card and indemnity bond on 100/- rs stamp paper, but still they not giveing my money back.
