One month back I have purchased a Bullet bike and I was asked about the extra fittings. I agreed to fix. I believed the company for best QUALITY and SERVICE. But I was FED-UP with the VERY POOR QUALITY MATERIALS fitted in my bike. The AIRFLOW BUMPER they fitted and cost Rs.2500/-. VERY POOR QUALITY material. Already it got RUSTED in many places on the bumper. All welding joints were rusted, even though chrome platted. I could able to fix all the accessories outside with any of the automobile shops with best Qualities and Cheap prices. I was cheated by the Company I felt. When I asked for the same problem with the shop floor staffs/ accessories sales personal, simply he ignored. Now I'm thinking NOT to come any more for any services. As a Company, you should be honest, only selling of QUALITY Products, Maintain Customer Satisfaction and Truest worthy.
Worst customer service
I never wanted to give even a half star but it's the only option. DG Motors tirunelveli has a bunch of irresponsible staffs. They are experts in giving fake promises.Am struggling with these guys for almost an year. Still now my problem has not been resolved. I even gave customer care complaint. Their present Territory Service Manager Mr.Muralidharan , he is not eligible for that post. He simply ignoring my calls. Is this a customer service? Planned to register a complaint against them in consumer court. If you want to buy RE, don't go DG Motors tirunelveli,
