Compalint not rectified
I am Dr. Martin David working as a Professor in the Department of Commerce and Deputy controller of Examination, The American College, Madurai. Last month I bought a Hornet from M/s. Kalyani Motors, New vakkil street, simmakal, Madurai. I want to tell that the vehicle which I purchased for my son encountered with much engine noise. The pick up and the mileage is very poor. My son made a complaint twice and the service personnel could not able to rectify. Now he was very upset with the gifted vehicle . Why the repair could not be rectified? Several times my son wander from pillar to post to rectify the problem but so far no remedy.
