    complain against dealer

    My scooty have been damaged by an accident. Side panel and front panel have damaged . insurance survivor given report to change them but dealer dented the given part and submitted me. By saying the the given part have been changed. While the parts were dented. when I complained him the he misbehaved with me. And after a long time he agree to change the part. I have taken some photographs of the dented part. Now what I have to for the cheater. For his misconduct and his cheating. My scooty is at the service station. Hi say to me that the written affidavit at rps. 10 have to be submitted for scooty at which I have to note that I will do not claim for insurance .pls have some action at the given complain. Thanks
