Franchise Fee and Royalties

- Monthly Royalty payments equal to a fixed percentage of the collections.
Royalty Fee
- As mentioned above, it is a fixed percentage of the net monthly sales realized, and is payable each month by the Franchise to the Franchisor.

- Franchise is granted for an initial period of five years.

This is the first step for a franchisee after signing the agreement and depositing the agreement fee. A site may be approved after a physical visit and inspection by one of the VLCC officials or even by going through the description and photographs provided by the franchisee.
Project Development
With the initial decision taken care of i.e. the site being finalized, the appointed architects work on the design and layout for the centre. However, before the design is implemented, the particulars need to be worked out with the VLCC team. VLCC then provides the complete Project Implementation Guidelines for further development of the site.
Staff Recruitment
VLCC stays involved in the recruitment procedure. Once the advertisement for the recruitment of staff is released and the initial screening of candidates is done by the franchisee, VLCC’s team of experts steps in for the final selection of the short-listed candidates.
