L&T Housing Finance Limited (LTHFL) (erstwhile Indo Pacific Housing Finance Limited) is a wholly owned subsidiary of L&T Finance Holdings Limited. It was originally incorporated as Weizmann Homes Limited on 31st August 1994 under the Companies Act, 1956 (No. 1 of 1956). It is registered as a housing finance company with the National Housing Bank under the National Housing Bank Act, 1987.

LTHFL offers a wide range of housing finance products like home loans, home improvement loans, loan against property, balance transfer and top-up loans to salaried and self-employed customers predominantly across the middle and premium segments. Construction finance is also available to real estate developers and builders.
