Heritage

RUOSH is a men's style brand from the house of Sara Suole Pvt. Ltd.

Incorporated in 2001, Sara Suole is headquartered in Bangalore and manufactures shoes, soles and leather goods such as belts, wallets and hand-bags.

They export shoes and soles to over 40 organizations across the world. Some well-known clients include Esprit, Johnston & Murphy, Kenneth Cole, Bostonian, Hush Puppies, Loake, Zara, Massimo Dutti, Miss Sixty and Louis Philippe.

The importance they lay on international standards of design and quality is apparent from the fact that their key manufacturing departments are headed by a team from Italy with each team member having a minimum of 15 years of experience in Italy.

They also work with an Italian design house to develop styles, designs and finishes that are in line with international aesthetics and sensibilities. Constant communication between the design house and the manufacturing setup ensure that the design sensibilities are not lost in transit. They work with clients who appreciate the quality of their footwear and the value they add to the final product.

These leathers are carefully inspected, sorted and graded by their leather inspectors to ensure that only the best find their way to becoming a RUOSH product. Every leather component used in the shoe is then hand-cut by their clickers, as the leather cutters are called.

They primarily follow the French sizing system, which allows lesser dimensional variation from one size to the other, along with providing a larger size range of 7 sizes in each style.
