They are Systemically Important Asset Finance Company (NBFC-ND-AFC-SI) of Rajasthan. They are registered as Non Deposit accepting NBFC with RBI. They are a leading Non-banking finance company (NBFC) engaged in business of originating Small Road Transport Operator (SRTO) and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) loans in rural and semi-urban areas, SME and Structured Finance (SSF) loans, Housing and builder finance through separate verticals.

Offerings

Vehicle Loans

The Company is primarily engaged in originating and underwriting secured loans for commercial vehicles. It provides loans for new vehicles and second-hand vehicles including refinancing. It offers loans for heavy and light commercial vehicles, multi-utility vehicles, tractors and three wheelers. The loans originated and disbursed qualify under Priority sector advances.

Small Secured Business Loans (MSME)

The Company offers loans to micro and small manufacturers & service enterprises, tiny units and agriculture based SME activities. These Loans are mainly facilitating needs like equipment purchase, business expansion, new business start-up, technology up-gradation, working capital requirement, erection of building and sheds etc.

SME and Structured Finance

The Company started looking at SME loans (with a loan ticket size of more than Rs. 25 Lacs ) for having credible, strong businesses being run by experienced professionals looking for finance to expand their businesses, which had good security cover, were backed by good cash flows and earned a reasonable return for our business falling in the category of Working capital business loans. The company provides loans to manufactures, service providers, traders and infrastructure builders, Under this segment, company has 3 product categories.

- SME Loans :- Loans of greater than Rs. 25 Lacs ticket size, backed by strong collateral (largely immovable property), taken for the business purpose.

- Construction Finance :- The Applicant provides loan to small builders for development of residential and affordable units which are backed by primary security of the underlying units being built up along with some other additional collaterals.

- NBFC Finance :- Under this category, loans are provided to small retail finance NBFCs / HFCs which are operating in Transport / Housing segment & are willing to expand their business. Since Applicant as NBFC understand these businesses they assess the credit worthiness of the borrower & hence provides them loan which are backed by underlying receivables being funded by those NBFCs / HFCs.
